Ramune

Just got this new (to me) piggy bank. I love her. My soon to be mother in law is from Japan, and has some amazing dolls. She has put them aside for me one day! (now I have to put pix of them up). We went to an asian market this weekend and I had to get a few Ramune drinks. Its kind of like a soda. I love them! Have you ever had one?

Hello loves!

The best part of the summer for me is all the great car shows! This weekend I am taking my 1955 Buick to its first show! I’m so excited. I love dressing the part and getting into the car and driving to the show. I love all the cool people I see and get to know. On that topic, I have been addicted to this movie collection, Back from the Dead hot rod documentaries. I just got the second one this week and it was great! If you like building or restoring old cars, or just like old cars I think you will LOVE this! Watch this clip J

So my friend had Birthday this weekend, And she had it at a great little place called Santee lakes. it was so cute! They have re done the entire place. There are now many islands to have picnics and go fishing. You can BBQ and hang out in the shade. You can also rent a paddle boat and ride around the "lagoon" the have made. It’s a great place for a sweet picnic date! They also have a Small kids water park and some floating cabins you can stay in!

So today was the "final" launch from the Kennedy Space Center,  Atlantis will be the last space shuttle to lift off. The program started 30 years ago. I watched the lift off live from my desk and it hit me... What don’t I know about the space program NASA? I found this article on CNN, take a look....

So being the oldest of three I find it hard to connect with my siblings sometimes. Im now 23 and my brother is 15. We were so close it was weird. I was more of a mother to him then a sister when he was younger. In my teen years we were best friend. Now that my life is moving faster and faster everyday, Its hard to connect with him. I understan hes a boy and wants to do his thing. So I found this online today and thought I would share it.

Hello!

So here goes...

I am a big fan of A Beautiful mess  The Dainty Squid Food Coma and so many more that I will be sharing later. I have been reading blogs for years and have decided to finally make my own!

So here is the run down:

I’m a music whore and I’m ok with that. I love making mix tapes and on them you will go from Queen to Katie Perry. I have a 55 Buick Road master so you will see a lot of pictures as she gets better and better looking! I’m also a HUGE 40s-50s fan. I mess around with different outfits so expect that too. But most of all this is to express my thoughts and Ideas. I’m the eldest out of three so I will have some fun stories for you all.
